I am a yoga instructor, but I'm also going to school for holistic nutrition. I believe that EVERYTHING WE DO MATTERS, from what we chose to put in our bodies, to showing kindness to a person in need.

Yoga:
Yoga is what makes me shine. I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for 4 years, and It has made me a more forgiving, loving,and open person. My yoga goal is to open my own space near the beach within the next  two years.I want it to be a space not only to practice yoga, but a space to connect and build a community of people who are fully aware and awake in mind, body, and spirit.
